Cleaning and care instructions:
General:
Only clean luminaires when they are switched off and have cooled down to prevent residues from sticking to the luminaire. Only use soft materials, preferably microfiber cloths, to clean all surfaces. Avoid abrasive cleaning agents, scouring pads or scratching materials, as they can scratch the surface of the luminaire.
Painted and anodized surfaces:
For painted or anodized surfaces, we recommend only using cleaning agents without alcohol additives, such as glass cleaner. If the white matt surface is heavily soiled, we recommend careful cleaning with a pH-neutral and perfume-free hand soap.
Glass panes:
For cleaning glass surfaces, we recommend a dry microfiber cloth and, if necessary, glass cleaner without added alcohol.
Plastic surfaces:
For plastic surfaces, you should only use a microfiber cloth and, if necessary, clear water. For heavier soiling you can also use a detergent without additives. Under no circumstances should you use glass cleaners containing alcohol or spirit.
