It is clear that returns of goods - even with careful planning - are not always avoidable. INLIGHT will support you in the best possible way when handling returns. The following guideline applies to the return of goods.
Returnable goods are
- New or as-new standard products (see table at the end for details)
- Returned goods up to a total value of 2.000,00 EUR
An order cancellation or a complete return is not considered by INLIGHT as a return of goods and must be coordinated separately.
Not returnable are
- Used products (details see table at the end)
- Special products (special color, special construction, etc.)
- Products older than 1 year after delivery date
Costs of taking back goods
INLIGHT charges a flat rate of 15% restocking costs based on the net product price for work and materials not to be used as part of the goods return process.
